About Us

The Mayer Institute is a centre of excellence for advanced diabetic foot and wound care. Our mission at TMI is to provide state of the art care to diabetics and other patients with neuropathic or ischemic foot conditions. At TMI, our focus is not only on healing wounds, but reducing the risk of amputation in affected people with diabetes. We, therefore, strive for excellence and innovative wound care techniques, and compliment our care with ongoing education and preventative therapy.
